The transformation
From "Steptoe's" yard to something quietly beautiful.
It had become, in Melanie's own words, a bit of a junk yard. The work now is turning the barns into country offices and the clutter into character — old chimney pots become planters, a wash boiler becomes a garden feature, scrap becomes part of the story.
